The heavens are rather watery at the moment. The line-up in Pisces (North Lunar Node, Neptune, Saturn and Venus), coupled with Mars moving retrograde in Cancer lends a dreamy and emotional quality to life. It might be hard to get motivated (at least it is for me!), and there might even be a sense of overwhelm that’s hard to explain.
We will be swimming in the Piscean waters for several months, with the North Node amplifying sensitivity to what we cannot see. Neptune, Saturn and Venus will all take turns meeting with the North Node, each bringing its own karmic lessons.
If you haven’t had a chance to watch yet, my workshop on the astrology of 2025 is still free to everyone for a few more days (the discounts on private work have expired):
There are certainly potential downsides to so much Piscean psychic sensitivity, such as being more vulnerable to suggestion. But this is a valuable time in which to build intuition, practice self-compassion, and strengthen your sense of self. Fully inhabiting your body and physical presence is a key antidote to getting lost in the fakery so prevalent online these days. (Here’s a meditative embodiment process to help.)
In next Friday’s workshop on cooperating with the Piscean energies (10 am Mountain/Noon Eastern or by recording), we’ll look more closely at the planetary forces and how to work with them. I’ll guide us through some ways to build our intuitive capacities and strengthen our personal defenses by coming back to center.
The workshop is free to paid subscribers, who can attend live or watch the recording; free subscribers will receive a 20 minute preview of the recorded workshop.
In the next couple of days, I’ll release a recorded workshop on the planet Neptune in astrology. We are feeling Neptune very strongly now, and its meet-up with Saturn this summer and next February will initiate an historic new chapter in our lives.
In the meantime, brush up on Saturn’s role in astrology with the recording below:
