Co-Create with the Cosmos

It's time.

It is shocking to recount the big changes that have occurred in my lifetime: the first humans in space; the first satellite communications; the introduction and widespread use of personal computers; the birth - and flourishing - of the Internet; genetic research; artificial intelligence; etc.

And yet, I know we are on the verge of bigger changes yet. 

In fact, it is hard to overstate the historic nature of these times. Astrology offers the gift of letting us 'see' what's happening and how to cooperate with the forces at work.

We are in the midst of a seven year period of concentrated change, kicked off with the crisis and breakdown of 2020. No fewer than five major planetary alignments occurred in that year. The starting gun of 2020 was followed by a sprinkling of additional relatively infrequent planetary pairings, layered on top of the more regular eclipses and retrogrades.

Next up, the three slow-moving outer planets shift signs in harmony, something that hasn’t happened for thousands of years. And another meeting of two slow moving planets caps off the shift in February of 2026 at the highly significant Aries Equinox point.

This seven year period from 2020 to 2027 signals a whole new world.

The current changing sense of how the world works has been likened to the time of Galileo, when the literal center of the universe (as we understood it) shifted from Earth to the Sun.

Can you imagine what that might have been like, to be told you live on an object revolving around that life-giving ball of fire in the sky, after lifetimes of believing it was the other way around? In some ways, it's no wonder Galileo was a target of the Inquisition and confined to house arrest for the last years of his life.

How might our understanding of our world shift over the coming years? Some think it will be related to an exchange with beings from other parts of the cosmos; perhaps our knowledge of human health will shift, such as through the knowledge of the microbiome. The embodied understanding that everything is energy is rapidly changing non-mainstream medicine, and there is a whole new ‘science’ of consciousness developing. Plus, our use of technology is advancing at lightning speed, faster even than our capacity for discerning the implications of what we are creating.

While it is tempting to get lost in the overwhelm of it all, each of us has choice in our own lives. Now, more than ever, we are asked to be conscious of what we value, and how we want to live. And while holding back the tides of change has never really worked, we have far more power to co-create our future than we realize.

So let’s create the most beautiful future we can dream up as we step through this portal together.
