A momentary pause (Mars stationing)
Plus, join me on Friday, February 28th to explore the March (energy) madness
We are coming to completion of Mars’ retrograde journey, at last. The previous ten weeks have offered us time to reassess what we want, and what brings us to life. With much of the process being in Cancer, you may also have noticed a strong desire for home and tribe, and maybe even a need to find a new home.
If you are like me, Mars’ current standstill (through the next few days) feels like a pause in your forward momentum. While your will to act is likely to ramp up again in the next week or two, there is still have some re-evaluating to do. Both Venus and Mercury take backwards turns during the month of March, with their retrogrades overlapping.
Join me next Friday, February 28th at 10 am Mountain/Noon Eastern for a live workshop on the potent energies of March, including eclipse season, Venus and Mercury retrograde, and Neptune’s Neptune’s foray into Aries on March 30 for the first time since the late 1800s. We’ll also take a look at a rare phenomenon of Venus, who will be visible in both the evening and morning sky for a brief window of time. Thanks goes to subscriber Colleen E. for tipping me off to the event. Plus, the Moon is in the midst of its own rare alignment, called a “Lunar standstill” or lunistice, the Moon’s version of the Sun’s solstice.
As I talked about in my overview of 2025, the retrograde landscape at the beginning of the year gives us a chance to prepare for the bigger energetic shifts of the year, and the changes will come more rapidly - and unpredictably - starting with the month of March.
This workshop on the 28th will be open to all subscribers, both free and paid. The recording will be available to paid subscribers only.
I am also adding a new quarterly salon for paid subscribers, where we can connect with each other and share our lived experience of the changing world. The first salon will be held on March 18th, just prior to the Aries Equinox and between the March eclipses.
Thank you for being here, and I hope to see you in next Friday’s workshop!
